Benoit Blin is a Michelin-starred French pastry chef who is currently the Executive Pastry Chef at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Great Milton, Oxfordshire, England. He has also been a judge on episodes of the television show Bake Off: The Professionals.

Blin was born in Normandy, France in 1973 and began his career at the age of 16, working as an apprentice under the French chef Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons. He then trained as a pastry chef in several Michelin-starred restaurants in France, including La Tour d'Argent in Paris and L'Auberge de l'Ill in Alsace.

In 1996, Blin returned to Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons as its pastry chef, and has been working there ever since. Under his leadership, the pastry team has won numerous awards, including the title of UK Pastry Chef of the Year in 2005 and 2006 and the title of European Pastry Cup Champions in 2006.

Blin has also authored a book, "Pastry", which was published in 2012 and has been translated into several languages.
